Kelly's classes are powerful, healing and rejuvenating. She creates a unique experience for each person to explore the balance between self-challenge and self-compassion.

Kelly is a 500 hour certified Yoga teacher with a background rich in Forrest Yoga and Yoga Bodywork Training, as well Energy healing and Ayurvedic principles. She has trained with Anna Forrest, Jambo Truong, Cat Allen, Brian Campbell and Yoga Bodyworkers.

Kelly’s teaching style pulls inspiration from Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin, and she weaves personalized anatomy wisdom, deep awareness and healing breathwork into every class and private lesson.

Kelly’s Forrest Yoga Inspired classes weave breath, awareness, and subtle feeling into each pose, to support students to work exactly where they are in the moment. Her classes are inviting, powerful, and challenging for all levels.

Kelly creates a unique experience for each student by breaking down the breath cues and anatomical patterns of each pose, while offering personalized modifications and opportunities for subtle awareness. The Forrest Yoga style focuses on a dynamic breath formula and nurturing hands-on assists so students can open more fully to unlock new potential. Students are encouraged to feel connected to their bodies and to explore the beautiful balance between self-challenge and self-compassion.

Let me help you connect to your body, breath, and awareness in a new way. Private yoga and bodywork sessions are completely individualized and tailored to each person, breath by breath, and movement by movement!

These sessions are for you if you've ever thought you're "just old”, that your body just doesn't feel good anymore, you've been dealing with a string of seemingly connected or recurring injuries, or you have had acute injury or trauma that you want to heal holistically and wholly.

In 1-on-1 yoga and bodywork sessions l will help you recognize and rewire patterns so that you can feel good in your body and build lasting transformation and strength. We can work to relieve pains from knots, tension, old injuries and traumas using many different modalities, including: muscle testing and myofascial release techniques to unwind fascia and held patterns in the body, breathwork, yoga poses and targeted exercises, and energy work.
