Kelly's Teaching Style

Kelly's classes are powerful, healing and rejuvenating. She creates a unique experience for each person to feel connected to their bodies and to explore the beautiful balance between self-challenge and self-compassion.


Each class weaves breath, awareness, and subtle feeling into each pose. Students are encouraged and supported to work exactly where they are in the moment.


These classes are inviting and challenging for all levels, because Kelly breaks down the breath cues and anatomical patterns of each pose, while offering personalized modifications. She builds intelligent sequences that provide a strong and sustainable foundation for optimal strength in apex poses.


Her teaching style is highly inspired by the Forrest Yoga style, which focuses on a dynamic breath formula and nurturing hands-on assists so students can open more fully to unlock new potential.

Training & Credentials

Kelly is a 500 hour certified Yoga teacher with a background rich in Forrest Yoga and Yoga Bodywork Training, as well Energy healing and Ayurvedic principles. She has trained with Anna Forrest, Jambo Truong, Cat Allen, Brian Campbell and Yoga Bodyworkers.

Kelly’s teaching style pulls inspiration from Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin, and she weaves personalized anatomy wisdom, deep awareness and healing breathwork into every class and private lesson.
